What is GMGN? Main features and how to use it
GMGN (gmgn.ai) is a memecoin trading terminal: an on-chain data site and a tool for trading, copying wallets and hunting new tokens, all in one. You can use it on the web, in the mobile app and through the Telegram bot, on Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum, Tron and many other chains.

Trenches: catch tokens the moment they launch
GMGN's default page splits new tokens into three columns: New (just created on a launchpad such as Pump.fun), Almost bonded (bonding curve almost full) and Migrated (already in a DEX pool). Each card packs in the token's age, market cap, volume, holder count, taxes, social links and risk metrics such as how much the dev holds, insider wallets, snipers and bundled wallets.
Each column has a keyword filter, advanced filters and a SOL amount box for quick buys right on the card, without opening the token page.

Trending: which tokens are pulling in money
The Trending table ranks tokens by activity over 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours or 24 hours, with market cap, all-time high market cap (ATH), liquidity, volume, number of buys and sells, holder count and total trading fees. The tabs next to it include New pair, Hot Searches (tokens people are searching for most) and Pump Live (tokens livestreaming on Pump.fun).

Token page: chart, holders and safety checks
Click a token to open its detail page: a candlestick chart (you can view several charts at once), trade history, the holder list, top traders, the earliest buyers and how the wallets you track have traded this token.
The Token Audit panel checks the contract: can more tokens still be minted, is there a blacklist that blocks wallets from selling, how much of the liquidity pool is burned, do the top 10 holders hold less than 30%. GMGN states clearly that these checks are for reference only, so cross-check with other tools before buying.

Smart wallets: see what smart money is buying
GMGN labels wallets: Smart Money (wallets that are often profitable), KOLs with verified X accounts, snipers (wallets that buy in the first blocks), fresh wallets, insider wallets and more. The Monitor page collects the money flow of these wallet groups: which tokens many smart money wallets are buying, total inflow over 24 hours, and how much each wallet bought or sold.
On the Track page you can follow any wallet and get notified every time it trades, right on the web or through the Telegram bot.

Callout: KOL calls, with their real positions
Callout collects trader and KOL calls right on GMGN, in three columns: Latest, Top Traders (from traders with a good track record) and Conviction (the caller has bought several times, shown as Buys X2, X6…). Each post is tied to the token it mentions, with market cap, how much the caller is holding and their PnL, so you can see right away who is actually holding the bag and who is just shilling. You can filter by chain and launchpad (GMGN, Fomo, Pump).

Copy trade: automatically follow good wallets
The CopyTrade page ranks wallets by PnL, win rate, number of trades and volume over 1, 7 or 30 days, with filters for Smart Money, KOL, Sniper, fresh wallets and top devs. Pick a wallet you like and click Copy to open the settings panel.

- How it buysMax Buy Amount: buy along with the source wallet but never more than your cap. Fixed Buy: a fixed SOL amount per trade. Fixed Ratio: buy in proportion to the source wallet's trade.
- How it sellsCopy Sell: sell the same percentage the source wallet sells. Not Sell: you sell yourself. Adv Strategy: take profit and stop loss in several steps.
- Advanced filtersMarket cap, liquidity, token age, share of the pool burned, buy only once, only buy tokens from platforms you choose such as Pump.fun, Bonk, Moonshot.

X tracking and SnipeX
X Tracker follows more than 2,000 X accounts of KOLs and traders in real time: new posts, replies, retweets, quotes and even bio changes. Turn on Only CA to show only posts with a token address, with a ⚡ quick-buy button right next to that address.
SnipeX goes further: pick an X account, and when it posts a new token address, GMGN buys automatically if the token passes your filters (market cap, liquidity, token age…). For now SnipeX only runs on Solana, with up to 10 tasks of 7 days each; the web version requires access approval (whitelist).

Automatic orders and multiple wallets
- LimitSet a buy or sell price; the order fills when the price reaches it.
- DCASplit a buy into several smaller orders.
- Auto: buy with TP/SLBuy with take profit and stop loss attached; includes trailing take profit and trailing stop loss that follow the price peak.
- Anti-MEVSends orders through a route that avoids sandwich bots; requires a priority fee of 0.002 SOL or more.
- Multi-walletQuickly create up to 10 Solana wallets or import up to 10 existing ones, trade on several wallets at once, and consolidate or split SOL between wallets (2FA required).

Cooking: create tokens right on GMGN
The Cooking button in the menu bar opens the token creation panel: upload an image (or pick one from the library, an ASCII image or an AI image), set the name and ticker, add X and website links, choose a launchpad such as Pump.fun and click Cooking. You pick one wallet as the dev wallet, and it must buy at least 0.1 SOL of the new token.
You can "cook" a token straight from a post in X Tracker or recreate an existing token. The Cooking panel lists a 1% fee, and the launchpad charges its own creation fee.

Perps: leveraged long and short
The Perpetual section (in Beta) lets you trade perpetual contracts such as BTC/USDC: it has an order book, leverage up to 40x on BTC, Market, Limit, Conditional and TP/SL orders, and USDC margin. When we took our screenshots, fees were 0.045% taker and 0.015% maker, a promotional rate at half the standard 0.09% and 0.03%, which may change.

Up/Down: bet on price going up or down
The Up/Down section leads to Future (future.news), GMGN's prediction market: choose Up or Down on the price of Bitcoin, Ethereum and others over 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day. Each market shows the market-implied probability, the current price and the price that has to be beaten. Future also has sports, esports, Ladder and Combos markets.

Portfolio: wallets, balances and PnL
Portfolio is where you manage your wallets: balance, volume, realized profit and unrealized PnL over 1 day, 7 days and 30 days, plus a daily PnL calendar. Quick buttons let you deposit, buy, withdraw, consolidate funds into one wallet, split funds across wallets, transfer and swap. Below are the tokens you hold, your trade history and pending orders; you can also share a wallet or import more wallets from here.

Rewards: commissions and bonuses
Rewards collects your rewards: referral commission (by default 10% of the trading fees of people you invite; apply to get a higher rate), rewards for callers on Callout, free SOL claims, token creator rewards, credits and perps fee rebates.

API for developers and AI agents
GMGN offers an API for developers and AI agents: get token data, trends and new tokens, track wallets, analyze wallet PnL and place fast orders with TP/SL and limits. There is a skills pack you can install for AI agents with one command, plus a command-line tool for writing scripts.
Each account can create up to 3 API keys, and the free plan requires a minimum balance of 100 USD. Placing orders through the API currently works on Solana, BNB Chain and Base.

Mobile app and Telegram bot
The GMGN app is on the App Store and Google Play, with full charts, smart money wallet alerts and fast trading. Since October 26, 2026, the app lets you buy memecoins with Apple Pay, with no deposit needed first, and your first buy is free of fees.
If you prefer Telegram, GMGN has its own trading bots for Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Tron, plus a wallet alert bot. Logging in to the web version also goes through GMGN's official Telegram bot.

Fees and safety
GMGN charges 1% per buy and sell order, and according to its docs there are no other charges. On top of this fee you pay network fees (gas, priority fee) and the fee of the platform that launched the token; Pump.fun, for example, charges 1%.
- GMGN never asks for your private key first, and admins never DM you first.
- Don't click "security verification" links or ads in token groups.
- Only go to the real gmgn.ai. In October 2025, GMGN was hit by a phishing attack through a third-party token page and compensated users in full.
- Turn on 2-step verification for Telegram, because your Telegram account is the key to logging in to GMGN.
- The bot wallet signs trades for you: keep only the funds you plan to trade with, and move profits to your own wallet.
